Meditation styles practiced include - Advita Vedanta Meditation and Tantra Meditation – the way of awareness and complete acceptance.

Make peace with the guilt, fear, sadness and anger.   These heavy emotions are holding you back from true love, contentment and joy.

 

This course is particularly for you if; 
- you sometimes feel unlovable.
- you feel stuck and alone (even when with others).
- you hear from everyone that you "need to love yourself" but don't know how.  

 

Course Outline:
Session 1 – Embrace the Body
Have you given up on loving your body?  Do you feel that your body has let you down in some way? Learn to love and accept yourself completely.

 

Session 2 – Embrace the Emotions
Unprocessed sadness and grief can be difficult to heal due to unhealthy habits of avoidance, distraction and denial.    Holding on to old emotions takes your energy (often unconsciously). Through guided meditation allow these stuck emotions to process and release.  Get your energy back!

 

Session 3 – Embrace Life
Use meditation techniques to create new healthy habits.  Allow love to flow freely.  Let a new perspective be born that embraces all aspects of life.  Let your energy flow completely.  

 

The course will include:

- 2 weeks of daily exercises,

- daily journaling,

- guided meditations,

- Self Love Manual,  and

- 1 x 1.5 hour personal zoom call (with Daisy - valued at $150.00).  

 

All meditations included with the Self Love Course will be available for a period of 1 year after signing up.
